The headphones are delivered charged. These can then be used for at least 10 hours. If there is chosen for shipping, we ensure that the headphones come in 1 or 2 days before the rented day. If you rent the headphones for several days, we also supply some chargers so you can charge the headphones in the meantime.
The headphones are supplied in wooden boxes. These boxes are locked with a combination lock, you get the code of the combination lock in your mailbox as soon as the headphones are reserved.
The shipping costs are € 20.
In the box you will also find a return label that can be used to return the headphones.
All our deliveries are shipped with PostNL with a track and trace code. As soon as the package is on its way you will receive an email from us containing this code to track your package.
If the courier tries to deliver the package but no one is present, a second delivery attempt will be made on the next delivery day. If this attempt also fails, the courier will leave a message in your letterbox with information about the post office or service point where the headphones can be picked up. If the order is not collected within the period, it will be returned to us. To increase the chance of success, we generally send the headphones 3 days before the rental date. You will receive them 2 or 1 day in advance.
The headphones can also be picked up for free by appointment! Because we are not present every day, it is useful to make an appointment first.
We would like to receive the headphones back as soon as possible so we can check them, charge them and rent them out again. If you have opted for shipping, you will also receive a return label in the box. You can use this to return the headphones to us. If you want to return the headphones, an appointment must be made.
